The portfolio institutional awards are now open for entries. Participation is open to institutional investors based in the UK. The awards are made up of seven categories. These awards are unique, as they are the only UK industry awards given solely to asset owners for excellence. But while the awards are focused only on asset owners, asset managers can play their part by entering an asset owner for excellence. Entrants can enter more than one category.

Step 1: Nomination

Readers of portfolio institutional, jury members, sponsors and other market participants can nominate specific investors. Of course asset owners can nominate themselves. Participation in a number of categories is possible.

Step 2: Nomination Acceptance

We will inform you about your nomination and the conditions of participation. We are free to accept your nomination, but there are some occasions where we will not. It is advisable therefore to contact us if you are in doubt.

Step 3: Questionnaire Receipt

If your nomination is accepted, we will send you the questionnaires in the corresponding categories. You will have until Friday, 23rd February 2025 to complete the questionnaires. We are always available to answer questions.

Step 4: Questionnaire Submission

You can submit the questionnaire by email. All information is strictly confidential and will be completely destroyed after the evaluation process.

Step 5: Evaluation Phase

The jury will select the winners in each category. The jury is subject to a strict compliance code that prohibits any business relationship with the nominees. In the case of a business relationship, the jury member will abstain from judging.

Step 6: Awards Gala

The highlight of all the effort: the winners will be announced and awarded at the awards gala to be held at London’s Banking Hall on 15 of May, 2025. There will also be detailed coverage of the event and winners in portfolio institutional magazine. You are welcome to use your winner’s seal, which you will receive from us, for your own marketing – you will have earned it!

Step 7: Jury Feedback

You will receive direct feedback on your performance. We will also be happy to make sure that all your questions are answered.
